Radu Ungureanu is associate professor of International Relations and Security Studies at SNSPA, within the Department of International Relations and European Integration. Mr. Ungureanu has a BA from Al. I. Cuza University from Iaşi in Sociology and Political Science (1997), a MA in International Relations and European Integration from SNSPA (1999) and a PhD in Political Science from the same university (2008). At SNSPA, Mr. Ungureanu teaches courses regarding International Relations Theory, Security Studies, methods in social science and Asian Studies. He also teaches at the Faculty of Political Science from the University of Bucharest. At SNSPA, he coordinates a research project regarding violence and morality in defining the political communities. He is the author of several books, among which Security, Sovereignty, and International Institutions: The South-East European Crisis of the ‘90s, and of many other volume chapters and research papers.
